SPiCE³ Conference - drawing together the results

A diverse audience took part in the 13 May SPiCE³ conference, which was held at the offices of Cefic in Brussels. The event was the third and final conference of SPiCE³, and was an opportunity for the project partners and audience members to share experiences with an array of expert speakers coming from external organisations.

Worlée leads the way on energy efficiency in medium companies

Worlée-Chemie, with three sites in Germany, has continually sought to reduce its energy consumption in every business area of the company. During the last 10 years, they have been able to increase energy efficiency by 20% percent. Since 2013, Worlée’s energy management has been certified according to ISO 50001. There have also been a significant number of investments, in for example, compressed air, heat recovery and process heating.
